This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Delighted Champs with regards to the collection and use of the personal information of customers, employees and the users and use of online platform www.delightedchamps.com (‘Website’) and the other associated websites and services managed by the Company. Please read this privacy policy (‘Policy’) carefully before using the Website, our services and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website, or any of our Services Privacy Policy, providing consent to both documents in order to have permission to use our services.
1) What is the duration of the Online classes?
-> The Duration of group class sessions will be 50 to 60 minutes.
In exceptional cases for a particular session the duration might extend or reduce by 10 minutes(hence
40 or 70 minutes) the same shall be informed in advance prior to the class session by the teacher.
->The Duration of individual class sessions will be 30 to 60 minutes depending on the subject.
2) What if the Learner or teacher is unable to take the scheduled class as per schedule?
-> The same shall be informed preferably at least a day or two before if not that minimum 6 hours
prior to scheduled class. Accordingly, coverup options can be worked out.
->It is preferable that the learner should not miss more than 2 consecutive sessions if a weekly course
(sessions held once a week) and 3 consecutive sessions if a regular course (sessions held twice a
week).
Note :
1) If the teacher is late more than 15 minutes uninformed, then a free complimentary session will be
given to the learners.
2) If the learner is late or not able to attend uninformed, teacher will wait for minimum 15 minutes for
the learner to join before starting/ending the session if learner not able to join. (Applicable in 1:1
session and in group session, session will continue)
3) What if the learner is absent without prior or last minute information (1 hour or less) prior to the scheduled class?
-> In case of exceptional circumstance like learner is sick or medical emergency etc. keeping a human
touch the same will be considered for adjustment.
Note : Only twice exception is considered in 3 months duration. Accordingly, Cover Up session will be arranged with another batch or will be adjusted within
applicable monthly or course accounts.
If no reason or non-emergency reason such as “am outside”, “I forgot” etc. is specified then the
session will be accounted for.
4) For group sessions. What if I have to miss multiple sessions or the learner is declared consistently absent by the teacher?
-> Kindly discuss the same with the teacher minimum 1 week prior to the same accordingly suitable
options can be worked out including the possibility to join alternative group or offer 1:1 sessions.
Note : Current alternative for cover-up only in the ongoing course based on the availability of the
slots(In case informed before missing the class).
For learners declared consistently absent by the teacher & the slot for the learner will be released.
To avoid the release of slots due to being absent uniformed they are requested immediately to get in
touch with the team accordingly suitable options can be worked out.
->Any course should be completed on agreed duration, in any case classes (Exams, Travelling etc) are
rescheduled then coverup can be arranged and only 10 days grace period will be provided to finish
the course. After that you have to pay the additional amount for the left over classes.
->To complete the course on agreed duration it is mandatory to give the final assessment within a week.
5) Attendance
->To ensure your proper attendance, kindly login to Delighted Champs application with proper name of student (make sure in Profile – student name is mentioned, not parent).
->In case when above point is not followed, Delighted Champs will not be responsible for any discrepancy in the number of sessions attended by the student.
6) Fee Policy
->Fee will be collected in advance of every Level/Month
->In case of late payment -late fee will be charged per session
7) Automatically Collected Information
->All video and audio between you/your ward and our tutors are recorded for quality, training and marketing purposes. These recordings shall not be shared with you/your ward for any reasons whatsoever. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you (on behalf of yourself and/or your ward) consent to our collection/ recording and use of your and/or your ward’s audio/video/telecall recordings and
personal information for the above-mentioned purposes.

8) Refund Policy
1. If you decide to cancel the agreement before the start of the class, you will receive a full refund.
2. If the teacher cancel the remaining classes in advance, you will receive a full refund.
3. If the teacher doesn’t teach the number of sessions as per the commitment, you will receive a
refund for the remaining classes upon request.
4. If you miss a class/classes, you are not entitled to a refund.
5. If you miss four consecutive classes without informing the teacher/support team then slot will be released. No refund will be initiated. Learners, however, may be transferred to another available batch/slot at the teacher’s discretion.
6. Refund will be processed and credited in customer’s bank account within 7 working days
