Delighted Champs Adds New Skill-Building Classes to the Mumbai Offline Learning Programs
Families today care less about flashy results, instead wanting schools where kids gain strong knowledge while growing bold ideas, self-belief, and a hunger to explore. Because of this shift, Delighted Champs – a place built around young minds and core abilities – just launched expanded classroom programs across Mumbai this April.
The institute has also implemented a number of interactive courses that help to promote creativity, academic confidence, and logical thinking to young learners. A heavy focus on practical education and skill acquisition now provides a large selection of expert classes such as handwriting, abacus, Vedic maths, chess, phonics, and language programs at Delighted Champs, strengthening the foundation of early childhood education.
All the programs are carefully planned to suit the various age groups so that the children can acquire the necessary skills at an early age. With an emphasis on both structured and interesting learning exercises, the institute will enable children to reach academic maturity without neglecting the development of critical thinking skills and confidence.
New and Continuing Classes for Young Learners
The handwriting course offered to children aged 5 years old and above is one of the latest ones at Delighted Champs and began in April. Handwriting is also a relevant academic skill that facilitates the enhancement of the communication and presentation at school. These classes enable students to be more effective in writing through structured practice and guided exercises to enhance clarity, speed, and presentation of writing. Meanwhile, kids learn to write effectively and this skill can sustain them in their studies.
The institute also provides its abacus classes to children who are at the age of 5 years and above in addition to handwriting training. The abacus program is aimed at the development of mental arithmetic and improvement of concentration and memory. Abacus learning has been popular in assisting children to do more calculations faster, as well as stimulate growth in the brain. When children practice the calculations based on visual and mental techniques, they become more and more sure and effective in solving mathematical problems.
The other program that will be introduced in April is the Vedic Maths course to students aged 9 years and above. Vedic mathematics has quicker and more effective approaches of calculations which make the complicated mathematical problems simpler. These methods not only assist students in finding solutions to equations faster, but also make mathematics interesting and enjoyable. Students who frequently have problems with the traditional methods of maths can learn Vedic Maths as another method of numbers and calculations comprehension.
Delighted Champs also came with the introduction of classes in chess starting in April that will be offered to children of 5 years and above. Chess has been known to be a potent learning instrument, which enhances reasoning, patience, and strategic thinking. Children are taught by practicing and being guided to plan, analyze, and make a considered decision. These capabilities will be able to have a positive impact on their academic achievements as well as problem solving skills in general.
Creative and Language Development Programs
Delighted Champs is increasing its creative and language development programs to facilitate balanced growth and development of skills in general.
Drawing lessons will start in the third week of April and they will be targeted towards children aged between 4 and 8 years. These lessons will be used to bring about creativity and development of fine motor skills. Learning through guided activities and exploration enable children to communicate visually and build self-confidence in their creativity. It is also through the art activities that the children get to have a sense of concentration and patience in handling colors, shapes and patterns.
Besides the creative development, the institute is also opening English grammar lessons to beginners, between the age of 7 and 10 years. The classes will be aimed at reinforcing the fundamentals of the language by assisting students to comprehend grammar concept, sentence structure and simple communication skills. A good language background at an early age can significantly facilitate the academic performance of children, especially in reading, writing and communication in the classroom.
The English grammar program is aimed at simplifying and making the learning process enjoyable to ensure that the children are able to learn the necessary concepts of the language without being overwhelmed by it. With the help of well-organized lessons and real-life practice, students learn to express themselves in a clear way with time.
Phonics Early Reading Programs
Literacy is an important aspect of the learning process in a child and hence the reason why Delighted Champs has implemented systematic phonics programmes in young learners.
Phonics Level 1 started in April and is structured towards toddlers between the ages of 3 and 5. This is a level 1 course that presents children to sound recognition and early reading. The interactive games, reading aloud and entertaining learning plans help children begin to know the sounds of letters and form the basis of reading.
Early exposure to phonics also enables children to comprehend the relationship between letters and sounds to create words. This strategy assists in fluency and comprehension of reading and children can simply attain a high level of literacy when they grow up.
The introductory course is going to be followed by phonics Level 2 in April. It is geared towards children who already have the fundamentals of phonics and are ready to advance their reading abilities. The program is developed on the basis of previous knowledge with the introduction of more complicated combinations of sounds and structures of words.
With advancing through these levels of phonics, children will slowly gain confidence reading and enhance their general language development.
Playgroup Applications Are Open for the 2026–27 Batch
Besides its skill-building classes, Delighted Champs has also declared that admissions to playgroups, in the 2026–27 academic batch, are open.
The playgroup program will focus on children aged 2 years and above and offer them a socializing atmosphere in which young learners can start the process of learning. Early childhood education plays a key role in determining cognitive, emotional and social development of a child.
The playgroup program at the Delighted Champs is based on play-based learning that helps children to learn, interact and discover new things freely. There are activities that are scheduled to support social development, early communication skills and basic cognitive development.
The playgroup classes will begin in June, and the time for the session will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Interestingly, in these sessions, the children are in activities that promote creativity, curiosity and confidence and also prepare them with incremental preparation to formal schooling.
There is also a focus on creative exploration in the program and children learn motor skills and communication skills through games, music, storytelling, and practical activities.
Giving to Holistic Early Learning
Delighted Champs will be built around a balanced learning community in which children will be able to enhance their academic capabilities as well as their creativity. The institute also gives parents a structured chance to develop and learn by presenting a variety of programs that emphasize cognitive development, creativity, and language learning to parents.
Every program has its developmental focus, as it is aimed to assist children with various ages, so that they could learn with interest, appropriate age, and with the positive effect on their future academic progress.
Delighted Champs mission of offering meaningful learning experience to children to enable them to be confident, acquire valuable skills and love the learning process remains unchanged with the introduction of these new classes and these new programs.
